Ventilators are mainly used for extraction ventilation in the excavation of large and small section tunnels in coal mines. This ventilation fan has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high efficiency, and low noise. The gas temperature of the usage environment should be -20 ℃~+40 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 95% (at 25 ℃), and the altitude should not exceed 1000m. The medium conveyed by the ventilation fan is allowed to contain methane and other gases, and the dust content of the gas passing through should not exceed 200mg/m ³. This ventilation fan is mainly used in coal mines with methane gas hazards, installed in the return airway, and used in conjunction with negative pressure air ducts for extraction ventilation.
Characteristics of the fan: It consists of two working hosts, with two-stage impellers rotating in opposite directions. The first stage impeller rotates clockwise, the second stage impeller rotates counterclockwise, and the number of blades in the two stages is prime to each other. The air obtains energy from the first stage impeller and is pressurized by the second stage impeller before being sent out. In addition to increasing the energy of the airflow, the secondary impeller also has the function of a static guide vane in ordinary axial flow fans. While obtaining the velocity component in the circumferential direction of the guide, it smooths out the airflow impact, increases the energy of the airflow, reduces wake vortices, and lowers noise. Adopting explosion-proof technology with a baffle chamber. The isolation chamber has a certain pressure resistance performance, ensuring that the gas containing gas flowing into the motor and fan is isolated from each other, while also playing a role in the motor's heat dissipation and flow guidance. The heat dissipation pipe connects the surroundings of the motor to the atmosphere, which not only increases the explosion-proof performance of the motor, but also allows the heat of the motor to be fully dissipated into the atmosphere.
